Completed the Largest PassPort Data Conversion of 2008

This entire project, including data mapping, data conversion, programming, six pre-production full data loads, production data load, informal testing and full closeout Audit CD documentation was completed by two full-time-equivalent employees in sisteen months, a full two months ahead of initial schedule. Cleanup, Consolidate and Standardize 350,000 Catalog IDs

This task was accomplished utilizing an OLAV proprietary data clean-up program specifically engineered for rapid review and correction of Catalog ID data. A new standard set of Templates is being incorporated (Category, Name, Type and characteristics). The task was scheduled for completion twelve months after start date.

Passport BLOB conversion project

Conversion of 200,000 Word Perfect documents to Word/.pdf documents within the Passport production environment. Conversion and manipulation of BLOB objects is a specialized process that OLAV has performed for numerous clients.Cleanup, consolidate and standardize 350,000 Catalog IDs.

Accounting Interface from PassPort for Report Generation

This Project creates a comprehensive interface of Passport accounting and issue data transactions. All transactions with any tax implications are captured. Change Chart-of-Accounts

Changed chart of accounts, project numbers, and cost centers within a large production instance of Passport. The effort includes all current and historical transactions within Passport. The new accounting structure was created to accommodate the migration from PeopleSoft accounting to SAP accounting.

PeopleSoft Setup, Transfer, and Testing

This project entailed the setup of foundation tables and system preferences along with the migration planning for a new Oracle PeopleSoft system.
