DOE Facility

OLAV has completed several projects for the DOE facility, including the legacy enterprise system to Oracle Peoplesoft projects described below. Your total was 100 points out of 100…Service and products were always delivered on time and properly completed. No exceptions.” Amber Bullard, Contract Specialist, Procurement Department 1. Legacy Enterprise System to Oracle Peoplesoft – This project entailed the setup of foundation tables and system preferences along with the migration planning for a new Oracle PeopleSoft system. This project was performed in three months. The company was using a legacy enterprise system and was migrating to the PeopleSoft System. The new system consisted of PeopleSoft applications for Accounts Payable, Asset Mgmt, Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, eProcurement, Inventory, Project Costing, Supply Planning, Maintenance Management, Quality, Strategic Sourcing, and Supplier Contract Management. 2. Continued Maintenance/Enhancement Support of Peoplesoft Implementation – This project entailed the maintenance/enhancement of the Oracle/PeopleSoft applications for Accounts Payable, Asset Mgmt, Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, eProcurement, Inventory, Project Costing, Supply Planning, Maintenance Management, Quality, Strategic Sourcing, and Supplier Contract Management. This support has been provided with quality by OLAV personnel with multi-discipline capabilities. This equates to very cost-effective staffing of less than one full time equivalent to cover the work across all applications.
